When a medication is stopped by the physician, it must be removed from the medication roll. PLEASE NOTE: this operation should only be performed by the pharmacy.
Follow these steps to ensure that Medido can still read the medication roll after the adjustment.
Give the Medido stickers and the instruction card together with the baxter roll to the pharmacy.
Inform them that the client is using a Medido.
When re-loading the adjusted roll, check that no pouches have been removed or added.
Check that the next medication time on the roll corresponds with the date on the display.
