You can stop Medido when the client is absent for a longer period of time, for example when he/she is in the hospital.
Report this to the Medido helpdesk.
Remove the medication roll from the Medido.
Give the roll to the client.
The Medido can remain on, but it will no longer issue a reminder signal.
Non-roll medication signal.
Once the client has returned home, report this to the Medido helpdesk in order to reactivate the Medido.
Place the medication roll back in the dispenser.
