The dispenser is temporarily not connected, the dispenser is switched off or the battery is empty.
Contact the client or, if necessary, have the team visit to solve the problem.
Check if the client has received their medication.
Make sure that the Medido is switched on.
Make sure that the plug is in the socket.
Does the Medido not start up within 20 minutes after having switched on the dispenser again? Then contact the Medido Helpdesk.
