Forgotten medication

The client has not taken out the medication even after the reminder signal. After 45 or 75 minutes (can differ per care organisation), this message is passed on to the home care service.

  1. Contact the client (if unsuccessful, contact the team);

  2. The client can still take out the medication by pressing the OK-button for 5 seconds;

  3. Always follow the internal procedure concerning forgotten medication;

  4. If the above is unsuccessful and/or the home care provider has dispensed the 'forgotten medication' manually, contact the Medido helpdesk.
