Why is this feature not available to me yet?
To use this feature, all conditions of our service agreement must be met. When you scan the QR code, the system will automatically verify this. If something isn’t in order, a message will appear on your screen asking you to contact our Customer Service. They’ll be happy to assist you!
Can the activation also be done without using the QR code?
Activation is primarily done via the QR code. If you experience any issues during this process, you can always contact Medido Customer Service during opening hours for assistance.
What should I do if the QR code is not recognized?
If the QR code is not recognized, please ensure your camera is properly aligned with the QR code and that the entire code is fully visible. Try scanning the code in better lighting or clean your camera lens. If the problem persists, please contact Medido Customer Service to complete the activation.
