Set a unique reminder signal for other medication outside of the medication roll

When an extra medicine is prescribed, it may be that the pharmacy delivers this separately alongside the medication roll.

  1. Check how long the medicine must be taken and with what frequency.

  2. Call the Medido helpdesk to set up a separate reminder signal.

  3. Discuss with the client what text will appear on the display and pass this on to the helpdesk.

  4. Check whether the client can read the text on the display.
