Medication roll not loaded
A dispensing moment has passed while no medication roll was loaded in the dispenser. The medication could therefore not be dispensed.
Check the medication roll.
Load the medication roll, if necessary. Remove the pouches from the moments that have passed before loading the roll. And check that the time on the first bag corresponds with the next reminder signal, as indicated in the display of the dispenser.
For the forgotten medication, follow the internal procedure for forgotten medication.
